Terms of Service
Effective 10 August 2026.
1. Booking
The client provides the route, date, time and trip details. GoTransfer shows available verified drivers that match the selected conditions.
2. Approximate price
Before final confirmation, prices shown on the website are approximate. They are calculated from route distance, vehicle class and additional stops. Final terms are recorded in the confirmed booking.
3. Driver selection
A specific driver is considered booked only after the booking record is successfully created. Driver availability is checked again immediately before confirmation.
4. Payment
Unless stated otherwise in the booking, payment is made after the trip for the agreed amount. GoTransfer may add other payment methods with separate notice.
5. Changes and cancellation
If your plans change, contact support as early as possible. Available changes or cancellation depend on the time remaining before the trip and whether a driver has already been confirmed.

The terms should be reviewed by appropriate legal counsel as the service expands into additional jurisdictions.
