1. Information we use
To arrange a trip, GoTransfer may process your name, surname, phone number, email, route details, trip date and time, passenger count, selected vehicle class, stops, child seats and technical information required to operate the website.
2. Why we use it
Information is used to create and confirm bookings, find available drivers, enable contact with the selected driver, support trips, prevent abuse and improve service quality.
3. Sharing with the driver
Passenger contact details are shared only with the selected driver and only to the extent required to perform the confirmed trip.
4. Analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising technologies are enabled only after separate user consent. You can reset your choice by clearing website data in your browser and choosing again on your next visit.
5. Storage and protection
We use technical and organisational safeguards to restrict access to personal data. Access is limited to participants who need it to complete a booking or provide support.
6. Client account
The client account is for passengers and their trip history only. Driver access is issued separately after GoTransfer verification and cannot be created through client registration.
7. Data requests
For privacy questions, corrections or account deletion requests, email support@gotransfer.ge.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated when GoTransfer features or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
